A Glimpse into My Journey…
I've been where you are. I understand the challenges, the doubts, the fears and the uncertainties that can weigh heavily on us. I've faced several crossroads in my own life with sexuality, love, relationships, health and business. I REALLY wished someone taught me more in these areas and for a while it made me angry. But, I realized the intergenerational stronghold I was working to change. The women before me and around didn't have a blueprint or good role models for that matter. They were all winging it and doing the best they could!
Society likes to demonize age. My experiences have shown me that it's possible to pivot and transform your life to really THRIVE after 40 (or 35!). I'm loving this iteration of myself and I'm here to share my knowledge and support you in your own journey.
Age 35-40 is a pivotal turning point, filled with unique challenges and opportunities. Many of us experience increased pressures from life's demands during this time.
